Ingredients
  • 1ΒΌ cups grape juice
  • 1 envelope (1 Tablespoon) unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 9-inch pastry shell

Directions
  1. Combine dry gelatin and sugar. Add boiling grape juice and stri to dissolve the gelatin. Add 2 Tablespoons lemon juice. Spoon ice cream into the gelatin; mix until melted. Chill till mixture mounds when spooned (about 45 minutes). Fill one baked pastry shell with gelatin mixture; chill till set. Trim with whipped cream, if desired.
