30 Minute Pasta W Spicy Tomato & Olive Sauce

- 3 T evoo shopping list
- 3 anchovy fillets minced shopping list
- 5 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1 t red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 c pitted Kalamato olives halved shopping list
- 3 T drained capers shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1 pound spaghetti or linguine shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Bring 4 quarts water to boil in large pot. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat until shimmering. Add anchovies, garlic & pepper flakes & cook until fragrant, about 30 secs. Stir in tomatoes & summer until slightly thickened, about 10 mins. Off heat, add olives, capers & basil.
- 2. Add 1 T salt & pasta to boiling water & cook until al debate. Reserve 1/2 c cooking water. Drain pasta & return to pot. Stir in sauce & toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Serve w grated Romano or Parmesan cheese.
