How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in skillet
  • Stir in chicken and sautéed 2-3 minutes
  • Stir in zucchini, mushrooms and squash and sauté 2. -3 minutes
  • Stir in tomatoes, seasoning, spice, cook 1 minute
  • Add Parmesan and heavy whipping cream
  • Divide mixture and spread over Naan bread
  • Top with fresh spinach and mozzarella and spribkle with basil
  • Place on baking sheet and place under broiler
  • Broil until lightly brown
  • Enjoy
