How to make it

  • Cream the cream cheese.
  • Add the sugar and eggs; mix well.
  • Add vanilla, lemon juice and flour.
  • Mix. Add milk.
  • Mix again.
  • Pour into 8" x 8" x 2" pyrex dish.
  • Bake 350 for 1 hour until lightly bown and firm
  • Again, this is not a traditional cheesecake.
  • It is more like a custard. Cut into squares. This is fast simple and easy!
