How to make it

  • In a medium skillet, cook shrimp in olive oil for 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp are heated through.
  • Add wine, cook and stir until most of the wine has evaporated. (Not more than a minute)
  • Add the sun-dried tomato sauce and mix thoroughly.
  • In a large bowl, gently toss hot cooked penne, sun-dried tomato sauce and shrimp.
  • Dress with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately.

    This may need some greenery to go with it, not just shrimp and tomato. Also, i think that it also benefit from a few rashes of bacon being used along with olive oil while cooking shrimp... Will try an report.

    Oh dear, the title of this recipe alone has me DROOLING. I loooove sun dried tomatoes. I'm going to have to try this SOON!!!!
