How to make it

  • First you need to cut rhubarb on bias so it doesn't become stringy.
  • Then mix Sugar and rhubarb in a heavy pan and cook over low heat (add no water).
  • Then stir and boil for about 10 minutes then remove from heat.
  • Then stir in Jello until dissolved.
  • Finally, you pour into jars and seal with lids or place open jars into the freezer.
