Ingredients
  • 5 c. of washed and cut rhubarb
  • 2 (3 oz) packages of grape Jello gelatin
  • 4 c. of sugar

Directions
  1. First you need to cut rhubarb on bias so it doesn't become stringy.
  2. Then mix Sugar and rhubarb in a heavy pan and cook over low heat (add no water).
  3. Then stir and boil for about 10 minutes then remove from heat.
  4. Then stir in Jello until dissolved.
  5. Finally, you pour into jars and seal with lids or place open jars into the freezer.
