Rhubarb Jam

- 5 c. of washed and cut rhubarb shopping list
- 2 (3 oz) packages of grape Jello gelatin shopping list
- 4 c. of sugar shopping list
How to make it
- First you need to cut rhubarb on bias so it doesn't become stringy.
- Then mix Sugar and rhubarb in a heavy pan and cook over low heat (add no water).
- Then stir and boil for about 10 minutes then remove from heat.
- Then stir in Jello until dissolved.
- Finally, you pour into jars and seal with lids or place open jars into the freezer.
