How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Butter a 9-10" spring-pan, sides and bottom
  • Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter thoroughly.
  • Press evenly onto sides and bottom of pan.
  • Layer mini-chips evenly in bottom of pan; set in freezer.
  • Filling:
  • Set donut holes evenly in prepared pan, set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350^.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, scraping down after each.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix until just incorporated.
  • Pour over donuts and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Lift and tap pan on counter, wait 5 more minutes.
  • Pop any bubbles that come to the surface.
  • Place in oven(middle rack) and bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
