White Chocolate Cheesecake With Cherry Donut Holes

- chocolate Crust: shopping list
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter shopping list
- 1 cup semisweet mini-chips shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 20-25 mini donuts holes(cherry,glazed) shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese, RT shopping list
- 3/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 8 oz. Baker white chocolate, melted & cooled shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Butter a 9-10" spring-pan, sides and bottom
- Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter thoroughly.
- Press evenly onto sides and bottom of pan.
- Layer mini-chips evenly in bottom of pan; set in freezer.
- Filling:
- Set donut holes evenly in prepared pan, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350^.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, scraping down after each.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix until just incorporated.
- Pour over donuts and rest for 10 minutes.
- Lift and tap pan on counter, wait 5 more minutes.
- Pop any bubbles that come to the surface.
- Place in oven(middle rack) and bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
