Asiago Mushroom Cheesecake

- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 1 pounoz.d cream cheese, soft shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup AP flour shopping list
- 1/2 tea. dried basil, or 1 tea. fresh basil, minced shopping list
- 8 oz. grated Asiago cheese shopping list
- 1 cup medium chopped mushrooms(your choice) shopping list
How to make it
- Butter sides and bottom of 6" spring-pan.
- Swirl breadcrumb around evenly in pan, place in freezer.
- FILLING: Preheat oven to 325^.
- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese unttil smooth.
- Add egg, then gradually add flour.
- Add basil and mix until uniform.
- Fold in cheese and mushrooms with spatula.
- Pour into prepared pan and spread until top is even.
- Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes, top just starting to brown.
- Let cool to room temp.
- Can be served warm, room temp., or cold.
