How to make it

  • 1. Mix Cocoa, Sugar, Salt, and Coffee in small sauce pan or pot.
  • 2. Stir/Whisk well to mix.
  • 3. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly till mixture begins to bubble and thicken. (about 5 minutes)
  • 4. Cook another minute or two and remove from heat.
  • 5. Stir in Vanilla extract.
  • 6. Let cool and store in covered container and keep in refrigerator.
  • Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
