Butter Tarts

- About 15 small prepared or homemade tart shells shopping list
- 1/3 c. butter shopping list
- 1 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 T. cream shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2/3 c. raisins or currants shopping list
- 1 t. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Cream the butter and brown sugar thoroughly. Beat in the cream, egg and vanilla until blended. Fold in the raisins/currants. Fill each tart shell with 1 teaspoon of filling. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
