Jalapeno Jelly

- 3 finely chopped green peppers shopping list
- 2 3 1/2 oz. cans jalapeno peppers with seeds shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. white vinegar shopping list
- 6 1/2 c. white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 t. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 6 oz. bottle Certo shopping list
- 4 to 6 drops green food colouring shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chopped peppers with vinegar, sugar, cayenne in large pot. Cook over med-high heat stirring frequently until mixture begins to boil. Add Certo and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off foam and pour into sterilized jars. Cover with sterilized lids. Process jars. Makes 6 small jam/jelly jars. Ready as soon as you have processed.
