How to make it

  • Combine chopped peppers with vinegar, sugar, cayenne in large pot. Cook over med-high heat stirring frequently until mixture begins to boil. Add Certo and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off foam and pour into sterilized jars. Cover with sterilized lids. Process jars. Makes 6 small jam/jelly jars. Ready as soon as you have processed.
