- 5 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 2 1/2 t. mustard seed shopping list
- 2 1/2 t. garlic salt shopping list
- 1 t. saltpetre shopping list
- 1 t. crushed chilis (optional shopping list
- 2 T. course salt shopping list
- 2 1/2 t. coarse pepper shopping list
- 1 t. hickory salt or liquid smoke shopping list
- 1 t. bacon chips (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Refrigerate three days, mixing well each day.
- On the fourth day form into five rolls. Bake on broiler rack for eight hours at 175 degrees.
