How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place rhubarb in pan, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Then sprinkle with sugar, Jello and add marshmallows.
  • Blend pudding mix with cake mix. Add eggs, water, oil and sour cream. Mix until well blended. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer. Pour batter over fruit.
  • Mix topping ingredients well and sprinkle over cake.
  • Bake and cool before cutting.
  • Any mixture of fruit can be used as long as it makes 5 cups, for example rhubarb, strawberries and blueberries, peeled diced apples, peeled diced fresh peaches and diced fresh plumbs. Use your imagination!
