How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  • Grease and flour a 8" round pan or Bundt
  • Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
  • Add milk, vanilla ( or any flavor) and melted butter. Beat well.
  • Add egg & sugars and Vanilla extract if desired
  • Beat until sugar is thoroughly dissolved.
  • Bake approx 35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan for 10 - 20 minutes then turn out.
  • Decorate as desired once cake has cooled.
  • NOTE: Double recipe if you are making a layer cake.
