How to make it

  • 1. Get empty bowls (quantity as needed) add in each 1 tbsp of oat flakes and 1 tbsp of chia seeds and the yoghurt
  • 2. Add your favorite flavor that you choose
  • 3. Mix the Nestle Condensed milk with four cups of milk, mix them well then add them to the bowls
  • 4. Put them in fridge, add the fresh fruits when you want to serve
