How to make it

  • Slice the squash in super thin slices so they look like thin coins
  • Place these in the bottom of a small bowl.
  • Take your frozen ground meat out of the freezer, open it, break it in half, and place on top of the squash slices.
  • Place in the microwave for 2 minutes, covered.
  • Take out of the microwave add sauce and tomatoes.
  • Mix and eat.
  • ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
  • I pre-cook the meat, bag them in zip lock snack bags in 1/4 cup (2.5 ounce) amounts, I then freeze them until I need them.
  • Cook this meat to personal taste.
  • You can add any vegetable/fruit to this, like broccoli, cabbage, bell peppers, let your taste be your guide.
  • I say fruit/vegetable because as most people know that one of the basic way to tell a fruit from a vegetable is that fruits have their seeds on the inside, and vegetables have their seeds on the outside. We humans tend to use them interchangeably, which is a smart thing!!! LOL! SMILE!
  • This is of course not the only way to tell them apart, it is just the most common.
