From tuilelaith 6 years agoIngredients
- 1 small squash - sliced thin, 3 to 4 inches long and not very big around shopping list
- 1/4 cup precooked ground turkey or chicken shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite sauce, here I have used Alfredo shopping list
- Diced tomatoes, to taste, I love them shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the squash in super thin slices so they look like thin coins
- Place these in the bottom of a small bowl.
- Take your frozen ground meat out of the freezer, open it, break it in half, and place on top of the squash slices.

- I pre-cook the meat, bag them in zip lock snack bags in 1/4 cup (2.5 ounce) amounts, I then freeze them until I need them.
- Cook this meat to personal taste.
- You can add any vegetable/fruit to this, like broccoli, cabbage, bell peppers, let your taste be your guide.
- I say fruit/vegetable because as most people know that one of the basic way to tell a fruit from a vegetable is that fruits have their seeds on the inside, and vegetables have their seeds on the outside. We humans tend to use them interchangeably, which is a smart thing!!! LOL! SMILE!
- This is of course not the only way to tell them apart, it is just the most common.
