How to make it

  • Measure all dry ingredients in to a large bowl and stir to combine
  • Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the water. Do not combine just yet.
  • Separate the eggs, leaving the whites in a medium bowl and the yolks added to the water in the larger bowl.
  • Using a fork vigorously combine the ingredients in the larger bowl
  • Whip the egg whites in the medium bowl until fluffy and doubled in bulk
  • Fold the egg whites in to the batter
  • Brush a griddle with a little oil at medium heat
  • A half cup batter at a time, grill your pancakes one side at a time
