Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef (Ground beef, veal, lamb or combinations of all three may be used)
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • ¼ cup catsup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup oatmeal

Directions
  1. Combine the ingredients in the order given, mix well. Pack into a greased loaf-pan. Cook at 375° F for 1 hour.
