No Bake Italian Cream Cake Recipe
A co-worker made this for us at work. I have had this recipe forever and never made it. I would never thought it was so good. I was sold. I think I am addicted to pudding more than I realize. Again that question. What don't I love?

Ingredients
  • 2 packages Stella D'oro Anisette sponge bars
  • 1 large package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large package instant chocolate pudding
  • Rum flavoring
  • 1 large cool whip

Directions
  1. Slice sponge lengthwise and layer in layer in 9” x12” pan.
  2. Make pudding and add a few drops of rum flavor to each.
  3. Place vanilla pudding over bottom layer of sponge.
  4. Layer sponge on top of vanilla pudding.
  5. Top with chocolate pudding.
  6. Cover chocolate pudding with cool whip.
  7. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold
  8. When I make this I would use rum with 10x and brush it on lightly onto the cookies as you layer it. I would use cooked puddings as well. But this recipe calls for instant pudding trus me it wont last long, trust me.
