How to make it

  • Finely grate tomatoes - peeled or not in a small bowl
  • Lightly pierce the entire surface of the open face of each toasted slice with a fork;
  • Rub the face of each slice with garlic clove;
  • Lightly pour or sprinkle oil over the face of the toast;
  • Spoon and spread the grated tomato over the toast;
  • Sprinkle over to taste with salt and pepper;
  • If using: Sprinkle over with dried oregano;
  • Devour.
