How to make it

  • Mix cream cheese and the 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Add green onions, red and sweet onions, and grated Parmesan cheese. Crumble goat cheese and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread bread slices on cutting board or tray. Spread each slice with mayonnaise. Put Swiss cheese on half of the slices. Put about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on top of the cheese. Layer ham slices on top of the filling. Add rest of the filling, and cover with the remaining bread slices.
