How to make it

  • Place all ingredients but lamb in a saucepan.
  • Boil 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Pour over lamb chops in a deep glass dish (no metal!) and marinate 3 hours.
  • Preheat grill or BBQ to medium-high.
  • Oil grill. Add lamb, cover, and cook 6 minutes on each side.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving
