Candied Sweet Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Boil sweet potatoes; cool and skin. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice potatoes in 1/2 - 3/4 inch rounds. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with desired amount of spices. Melt butter and add honey. Stir well and pour over potatoes. Bake for approximately 15 minutes covered and another 5 minutes uncovered.
