How to make it

  • Pat shrimp dry to remove any excess moisture.
  • Put shrimp in bowl and lightly coat with Olive oil.
  • Sprinkle generously, lightly, or somewhere in between with Chili powder mix (according to taste) coating both sides of shrimp.
  • Place bowl in fridge for up to an hour while you prepare the rest of your meal.
  • In a small saute pan add 1 Tablespoon of butter and melt.
  • When butter is melted and hot add shrimp.
  • Cook shrimp on each side about 2-3 minutes (depending on size). It won't take long. Shrimp should be opaque when done.
  • Serve over rice along with melted butter left in pan.
  • * Increase number of shrimp according to appetite and how many serving. Increase butter accordingly as well *
  • * Large shrimp are 26-30 count sized *
