How to make it

  • Puree all ingredients except chicken in a food processor. If the mixture is too stiff, add a bit of water.
  • Place chicken and marinade in a glass bowl or dish and make sure all the pieces are well coated. Marinate, refrigerated for 12-24 hours, the longer the better.
  • Shake excess marinade from chicken and grill directly over medium heat until juices run clear and the chicken is cooked through. Approximately 40 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 10 minutes.
