Caprese Tomatoes

- 1 large ripe tomato shopping list
- fresh basil shopping list
- mozzarella cheese, shredded shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the tomato rather thick (about 1/2"). Lay on a pan that can go under the broiler and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler until the cheese begins to melt. Top each slice with a few leaves of basil and return to broiler for just a few seconds to warm the basil. Remove from broiler and drizzle balsamic over the top. Serve warm.
