How to make it

  • Cut chicken breasts in to fingers
  • Stir together first amount of flour with baking powder spices and salt
  • Whisk together eggs with broth and vinegar
  • Fold together wet and dry
  • Dredge the fingers in to flour and then the batter
  • Lay the battered fingers in the Actifry and drizzle with the oil
  • Cook for ten minutes, turning halfway
