Carrot Cake Recipe

- carrots (grated) shopping list
- Flour: 2 cups shopping list
- Brown sugar: 1 cup shopping list
- Eggs: 3 (large) shopping list
- Vanilla spoon shopping list
- baking powder spoon shopping list
- Cinnamon: 1 tbsp shopping list
- Walnuts (Chopped), probably not adding these, maybe pecans? shopping list
- Orange peel: 1 teaspoon (grated) shopping list

- Corn oil: ¼ cup, I will be using Olive Oil, OR even real butter softened shopping list
How to make it
- 1. To start off the recipe, bring a bowl and put the sugar and oil in it. Using using the electric whisk, whisk them until you get a creamy texture.
- 2. It’s important to add eggs (one at a time) while continuing to beat.
- 3. You’ll want to add vanilla and orange zest, and mix the ingredients for 5 minutes.
- 4. You can then add the flour gradually, alternating with the baking powder and cinnamon. And please add a pinch of salt, whisking constantly, until we get the cake dough.
- 5. Alright, you need to place the carrots and walnuts/pecans. With a wooden spoon, stir the ingredients until they overlap.
- 6. Once done, you can prepare an oven tray and spread it with oil and put the cake mixture in it.
- 7. In a medium-temperature oven at 180 degrees, put the tray until the cake is completely done.
- 8. The last thing you have to do is to leave to cool, chop, and serve & ENJOY !!!
