Loaded Baked Potato Rounds
From tuilelaith 2 years agoIngredients
- 4 medium red potatoes, at this house we prefer the Golden Potatoes - they are so creamy tasting! shopping list
- butter melted shopping list
- garlic salt shopping list
- 5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled shopping list
- shredded monterray jack cheese shopping list
- shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- sour cream for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. I will be using my Air Fryer Oven, so I will probably set it at 300.
- 1. Begin by washing potatoes and slicing into thin rounds (about ΒΌ" thick).
- 2. Place potatoes in a pot filled with water and bring to a boil. Honestly, I will just microwave these potatoes for 5 minutes and then slice them. I think boiling a potato takes so much flavor out of it.
- 3. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Drain and pat dry potatoes. This step is avoided with the microwave.
- 5. Place foil on a baking pan and spray with cooking spray.
- 6. Place potatoes on foil/pan.
- 7. Brush lightly with melted butter.
- 8. Sprinkle on garlic salt, cheeses and crumbled bacon pieces.
- 9. Bake for 12-14 minutes and serve with sour cream.
- 10. ENJOY!
