- Could also use a five or six inch round or square pan.
- Place butter in your per-chosen pan.
- Place in Air Fryer Oven for a couple minutes, until the butter is melted.
- Let pan cool down a bit so it is not overly hot.
- Add to the pan with the melted butter: erythritol/sugar, real vanilla and egg.
- Stir well.
- Add cacao/cocoa, pink himalyian salt, baking powder and flour.
- If using fresh ground espresso or coffee powder, you may also add it at this time.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add desired nips/coconut/raisins/cranberries/fruits/oats/seeds/cereal/granola/nuts, if you are using nips/coconut/raisins/cranberries - fruits/oats/seeds/cereal/granola/nuts.
- Stir yet again, until you are just tired of stirring again!
- Smooth out batter so it is even.
- Place pan on the middle rack.
- Bake 10 - 15 minutes, or until the batter is set.
- Let cool and cut.
- Enjoy!
