How to make it

  • Mix sugar and butter.
  • Then add beaten eggs.
  • Add flour and other wet ingredients, beat till well incorporated.
  • Pour into waiting cupcake papers/Pan.
  • Then bake at 180° til golden brown.
  • ~ ~ I will be trying these in my air fryer oven. The recipe did not give a time to cook. I will correct this when I give them a try!
