No Fail Chocolate Fudge

- 2 cups of miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 1 cup and half of the granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup and half semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 2/3 cup of Evaporated Milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, I will not be using nuts shopping list
- 2 tbsp of softened butter shopping list
- 1 tsp pure vanilla shopping list
- A pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Step 1:
- I combined the withe sugar with evaporated milk, the margarine, and salt in a wide saucepan.
- Step 2:
- I took it to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring continuously.
- Step 3:
- I let it simmer, stirring continuously, for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Step 4:
- I added the marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes or more, until the marshmallows have melted completely.
- Step 5:
- In the prepared baking pan, I poured the fudge mixture into it. For at least 2 hours or until solid, I refrigerated.
- Step 6:
- I removed from the pan and removed the foil when it’s firm.
- And finally, I cut the fudge into squares using a small knife.
- ENJOY IT!
