How to make it

  • Step 1:
  • I combined the withe sugar with evaporated milk, the margarine, and salt in a wide saucepan.
  • Step 2:
  • I took it to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring continuously.
  • Step 3:
  • I let it simmer, stirring continuously, for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Step 4:
  • I added the marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped walnuts, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes or more, until the marshmallows have melted completely.
  • Step 5:
  • In the prepared baking pan, I poured the fudge mixture into it. For at least 2 hours or until solid, I refrigerated.
  • Step 6:
  • I removed from the pan and removed the foil when it’s firm.
  • And finally, I cut the fudge into squares using a small knife.
  • ENJOY IT!
