- 200g long green chili (deseeded if prefers less hot and chopped) shopping list
- 200ml coconut cream (separated into two 100ml) shopping list
- 250g ground pork shopping list
- 1 bulb garlic minced shopping list
- 1 small onion minced shopping list
- 50ml water shopping list
- 2 tsp bagoong (shrimp paste) shopping list
- 2 tsp patis (fish sauce) shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 Tbsp oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat sauce pan, add oil
- Saute garlic and onion
- Add ground pork, salt and pepper
- Cook until liquid dries up leaving oil from pork
- When pork has been cooked (look for brown edges, remove from pan, leaving oil)
- Add 100ml coconut to pan and 50ml water
- Add bagoong and patis and stir well
- And green chili and cook for 15mins (stir once in a while)
- When green chili is soft and liquid has been reduced to half, add the sauteed pork and mix well together
- Add 100ml coconut cream and mix well
- Simmer for 3-5mins and done
- Serve with rice
