How to make it

  • Heat sauce pan, add oil
  • Saute garlic and onion
  • Add ground pork, salt and pepper
  • Cook until liquid dries up leaving oil from pork
  • When pork has been cooked (look for brown edges, remove from pan, leaving oil)
  • Add 100ml coconut to pan and 50ml water
  • Add bagoong and patis and stir well
  • And green chili and cook for 15mins (stir once in a while)
  • When green chili is soft and liquid has been reduced to half, add the sauteed pork and mix well together
  • Add 100ml coconut cream and mix well
  • Simmer for 3-5mins and done
  • Serve with rice
