Slow Cooker Barbeque Beef Ribs

- 2 pounds beef Back Ribs shopping list
- 1 Cup Water shopping list
- 1 Cup Ketchup shopping list
- 1 - 6 Ounce - can tomato Paste shopping list
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar, apple cider is best shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons Prepared Yellow Mustard shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Pink Himalayan Salt, or Sea Salt shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a 6-quarter slow cooker, with olive oil.
- Remove the inner skin of the ribs and place ribs in the slow cooker.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl, stirring continuously until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Spread 3/4's of the sauce on the ribs.
- Season, to taste, with pink himalayan salt and fresh ground black pepper.
- Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
- When the ribs are falling apart tender, remove from slow cooker.
- Serve ribs immediately with remaining sauce, and side dishes of choice.
