How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Slightly fry mushrooms, lid side down, in hot oil for 20 seconds.
  • Ordering mushrooms in shoal roast griddle with stem facing up.
  • Mixing butter,; garlic, ;thyme,; lemon juice & spices together.
  • Pour a little garlic butter over each mushroom, then gently press the breadcrumbs on top.
  • Refrigerate, until ready to heat up, or cook in oven for 11 min .
