- 2 lb mild Italian sausage, CUT UP, Medium if u like the heat shopping list
- 2 tb olive oil shopping list
- 2 RED & green pepper, COURSE CHOP shopping list
- 4 oz cn CHOPPED green chiliS shopping list
- 1 onion, COURSE CHOP shopping list
- 2 cl CRUSHED garlic or MORE shopping list
- 3/4 c dry white wine shopping list
- 4 oz cn tomato paste shopping list
- 1/2 lb mushrooms, THICK SLICED shopping list
- 3 cn ITALIAN diced tomatoes, PUREED shopping list
- 3 tb fresh basil CHOPPED shopping list
How to make it
- FRY SAUSAGE IN OIL UNTIL 3/4 COOKED. FRY ONION AND PEPPER IN SAUSAGE OIL ABOUT 5 MINUTES, ADD GARLIC AND MUSHROOMS AND FRY 5 MORE MINUTES. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND SIMMER ON LOW, COVERED, ABOUT 1 HOUR.
