Pasta Shells With Ground Beef

- 1½ pounds of ground meat, beef - chicken - turkey - veggie crumbles shopping list
- fresh garlic clove, minced shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste shopping list
- Fresh ground pink himalayan salt, to taste shopping list

- 2 Cups of medium-sized Pasta shells shopping list
- ¼ Cup of Olive Oil, or other heart healthy oil shopping list
- 4 Cups of Water shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons chicken bouillon shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons tomato bouillon shopping list
- 3 diced Serrano chilies shopping list
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 can Rotel, undrained shopping list
- Chopped cilantro, if you like it, I can not eat it shopping list
- Garlic and Onion powder, to taste. shopping list
- One medium bay Leaf. shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the ground beef with minced garlic, black pepper, pink himalayan salt and Sazon perfecta seasoning.
- Meanwhile, in a large pan, you need to brown the pasta shells in 1/4 cup oil as you would brown rice a Roni.
- Now it’s time to remove the fat from the ground beef.
- Add cooked - defatted - beef to the pasta shells.
