How to make it

  • In a glass dish pour enough dressing to coat bottom. Sprinkle both sides of fish liberally with the Cajun seasoning and place in dish. Cover with remaining dress. Marinate for 3 - 6 hours.
  • Preheat broiler and place oven rack as close to broiler heat as possible. Drain marinade and discard. Cover broiler pan w/foil. Place salmon on foil, skin side up. After cooking for 7 minutes, remove skin (comes off easily with fork) and discard. Turn salmon and cook for 7 monutes or to your liking. Enjoy!
  • Goes well with a garden salad and a baked potato or brown rice.

    This DOES look really good AND simple....I love anything with Italian dressing. And thanks for suggesting the sides...sometimes I get really stumped on that!
