Broiled Salmon

- salmon w/skin on (about l 1/4 pounds) shopping list
- 16 oz. bottle of any Fat Free Italian dressing shopping list
- McCormick brand "Cajun" seasoning shopping list
- This goes well with a garden salad and a baked potato or brown rice. shopping list
How to make it
- In a glass dish pour enough dressing to coat bottom. Sprinkle both sides of fish liberally with the Cajun seasoning and place in dish. Cover with remaining dress. Marinate for 3 - 6 hours.
- Preheat broiler and place oven rack as close to broiler heat as possible. Drain marinade and discard. Cover broiler pan w/foil. Place salmon on foil, skin side up. After cooking for 7 minutes, remove skin (comes off easily with fork) and discard. Turn salmon and cook for 7 monutes or to your liking. Enjoy!
