Picante Corn

- 2-15.5 oz cans corn, drained shopping list
- ½-¾ cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup picante sauce shopping list
- 1- 1¼ cups shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Simmer corn, onions and picante sauce for 15 minutes.
- Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese.
- Back at 375° for 20 min.
