Thanks for sharing this. It seems that we now have a family member that has developed a gluten intolerance. This has put our likes and dependence of all the good foods in jeopardy. Recipes like this might soften the blow. I'll certainly give it a go. Thanks.

To kabttb: You seem to be behind the times on the vinegar, distilled vinegar has been declared safe for a long time. And to yummy, the poster of the rolls recipe, a T (tablespoon)= 3 t (teaspoon)and a 1/4 oz pkg of yeast equals 2 1/4 t. So saying "about a T" puts 3/4 t MORE yeast in the recipe, something that may hinder OR help, haven't tried it yet. GFGammie

All vinegars that have been distilled have been proven to be gluten-free. Check with the Clan Thompson site to be certain if you are unsure.

    This recipe contains vinegar.
Most white vinegar is made by distilling wheat.
This means it contains gluten! (and makes me very ill)
    Use Apple Cider vinegar instead.
