Soy/butter Swordfish

- 2 lbs swordfish steaks shopping list
- S&P to taste shopping list
- 1 stick butter (I use Kerrigold…incredible flavor!) shopping list
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed shopping list
- 1 T soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Season the swordfish steaks generously with S&P
- In a large skillet add 1 T butter and turn to medium-high
- When the butter melts add the swordfish and lower the heat to medium
- Place the rosemary and garlic on top of the steaks See Photo
- At about the 4 minute mark, flip the steaks and place the rosemary and garlic back on top
- Add the rest of the butter and turn the heat back up to medium-high
- Add the soy sauce to the pan, and with a large spoon begin basting the steaks
- Flip the steaks one more time and baste
- Total cook time for an average swordfish steak is about 10-12 minutes
- Shown served on basmati rice, with fresh, blanched green beans
