This is light, tasty, and can be served right from the freezer. Made with fat-free ingredients, it's a great light dessert. My daughter got this recipe from a male co-worker who claimed it was the only thing he knew how to make.

Substitutes for vegans:
Tofutti Cream Cheese
1/2 cup almond/rice/soy milk
1 container hip whip, whip creammm, or other vegan cool whip replacement
Crust: Oreo Cookies/newman's own cookies/Kinnikinnick cookies mooshed with a little extra tofutti cream cheese, pressed into a pie pan
Vegan chocolate chips/carob chips for garnish (or even oreos)
