This is an awesome herb. Goes great on chicken, pork, beef or seafood. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • Grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground mace
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves crushed
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate in covered container.
  3. Sprinkle as desired over meat, poultry or fish before broiling or
  4. baking.
