Two Tone Lemon Pie

- 4 serving box of lemon pie filling (not instant) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2-1/4 cups water shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 baked 9" pie shell shopping list
- 8 ounce container of non-dairy whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan combine pie filling mix, sugar, water and egg.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding begins to boil.
- Pour 1 cup of pudding into baked pie shell and chill.
- Chill remaining pudding.
- When chilled mix together remaining pudding with 1 cup of whipped topping.
- Spread mixture on pie and top with remaining whipped topping.

I've made this before and it's so good! I've even kicked it up a little and added cream cheese with the Cool Whip and pudding.
