This is very tasty, very easy and I never have any left even when I triple the batch. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 pound carrots cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Partially cook carrots in boiling water.
  2. In a saucepan melt butter and stir in lemon juice, garlic salt, basil and pepper.
  3. Add carrots and cook until tender.
