How to make it

  • Wash greens and remove any tough stalks then cut into 2" lengths.
  • Bring stock and shallots to a simmer in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Cook 1 minute then add greens, salt and pepper.
  • Toss quickly until greens are barely wilted.

    Mine turned out extremely salty and peppery. Did I not use enough greens? How do you measure cups of greens?
