Magical Greens

- 3 cups greens such as spinach, kale, chard or a combination shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash greens and remove any tough stalks then cut into 2" lengths.
- Bring stock and shallots to a simmer in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Cook 1 minute then add greens, salt and pepper.
- Toss quickly until greens are barely wilted.
