How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Lightly oil or coat a jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Whisk together flours, sugar, pecans, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
  • In separate bowl combine eggs, pumpkin, canola oil, vanilla and milk.
  • Add to dry mixture along with chocolate chips then stir to combine.
  • Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes then cool on wire rack.
