- edamame, use as much as you want--Fresh or frozen is usuable. shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- First use take off fresh, strip all of the pods off of your soybean bunch.
- Then boil them whole in salted water for approx. 5 minutes.
- Now drain the pods, salt them, and then slip the seeds out of the pods directly into your mouth.
- You want to have a trash bowl handy for the shells.
- Yummy!
