Ingredients
  • Edamame, use as much as you want--Fresh or frozen is usuable.
  • salt

Directions
  1. First use take off fresh, strip all of the pods off of your soybean bunch.
  2. Then boil them whole in salted water for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Now drain the pods, salt them, and then slip the seeds out of the pods directly into your mouth.
  4. You want to have a trash bowl handy for the shells.
  5. Yummy!

I never had edamame until I worked at a marketing firm. They ordered it from a local chinese place. C2 is right, it IS addicting!! This is a really great and simple recipe. Thank you for sharing!! 5! :)
