Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c. of pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp. of melted butter or oil
  • seasoning salt (optional)
  • cajun seasoning (optional
  • garlic powder (optional)
  • cayenne pepper (optional)
  • salt

Directions
  1. First you want to preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Clean off any major chunks.
  3. Now put pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the melted butter or oil and your choice of seasonings .
  4. Then spread pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet.
  5. This needs to bake for approx. 45 minutes, until golden brown.
