Easy cheese lemon cake

- 1 lemon cake mix, prepared as directed and placed in a 9x13-inch cake pan shopping list
- 32 ounces ricotta cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- lemon zest shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, blend together ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Pour over top of the cake mix batter in the pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Cool and cut into squares.
- Shake powdered sugar on top and grate some lemon zest on top of the powdered sugar.
