Easy cheese lemon cake Recipe

How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl, blend together ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Pour over top of the cake mix batter in the pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
  • Shake powdered sugar on top and grate some lemon zest on top of the powdered sugar.
